The location was convenient and we were able to explore the city easily. the beds were comfortable and the room came with all the necessary amenities. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.
Our room was run down and in need of renovations. the bathroom was outdated and uncomfortable to use.

We had a pleasant stay with great breakfast options, clean rooms, and attentive staff who provided us with extra amenities like hair dryers and adapters. The hotel also offered free parking and had superb facilities and transportation options in this city.

I had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The daily room cleaning service ensured the place was spotless and tidy. The breakfast was satisfying with plenty of options, including fresh fruits and boiled eggs. the location was perfect as it was close to many attractions and there was free parking available.
While my room was clean, I did notice that some areas could use updates and a bit of refurbishment. , I wish there were tea and coffee facilities in the room, as it would have been great to enjoy a cup of hot beverage during the cold Swiss weather.

The hotel's staff provided warm attention and exceptional service. the room I stayed in was clean, but needed updates to the shower and furnishings. the Tex Mex restaurant on the premises offered superb meals. Breakfast was good, including a variety of options such as fresh fruit and cereals. the hotel offered free parking and had a nice location near some attractions.
The hotel lacked entertainment and had virtually no guests other than the cleaning staff.
